How to stir-fry Shanghai greens

1.Wash the Shanghai green and cut off the root

2.Chop garlic

3.Put oil into the pot

4.Put in Shanghai Green

5.Stir fry for one minute and then pour in appropriate amount of water

6.After stir-frying for 2 minutes, place the vegetable leaves on a plate, add water to the pot and continue to cook the vegetable heads for two minutes

7.Take a cup and pour an appropriate amount of light soy sauce

8. Pour in a little cornstarch
