Tofu: Moisturizing
Ingredients
Toona sprouts (a handful) | Tofu (a piece ) |
Salt ( Time ) | Corn oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Water ( appropriate amount ) |

1.Prepare the main ingredients, wash the toon sprouts and tofu and set aside

2.Cut the tofu into small pieces

3. Boil water in a pot.After the water boils Pour in the cut tofu and sprinkle a spoonful of salt to remove the beany smell

4. Remove the blanched tofu and control the water

5. Pour the toona buds into the boiling water.Blanch until everything turns green

6.Turn off the heat and soak in boiling water for 5 minutes p>

7. Remove the toona buds, drain and set aside

8.Pour oil into the pot and let it cool after the oil is cooked

9.Pour the tofu and Chinese toon sprouts into a large bowl, sprinkle with salt, and pour in the cooked corn oil that was cooled in the previous step

10.Use chopsticks to mix well

1.The sub-salt content in toon is very high.Eating it directly has a great impact on health, so it must be blanched in boiling water before eating
2.When buying toon Choose the tenderest buds at the front
3.Toon has a unique taste.It is better to use cooked soybean oil instead of sesame oil when cold dressing.I don’t have it at home, so I used corn oil instead
