How to make pork skin jelly

1.Put the pork rinds in a pot of cold water, boil the water for two minutes, take it out and wash off the blood foam.

2. Remove the fat from the inside of the skin, scrape the outside and pluck out the hair.

3.Cut into small strips
4.Put it into clean water and rinse it three or four times.
5.Put it into the pot again, pour in water 1.5 times the total amount of pork skin, and add some green onions.Ginger, cooking wine, keep the pressure in a pressure cooker for thirty minutes.

6.After releasing the pressure, discard the onion and ginger, add a little salt, and mix well.

7.Pour into a container, let cool and then refrigerate to solidify.

8. Cut the solidified meat jelly into small pieces and put them on a plate.

9.My favorite is meat jelly, dipped in garlic sauce, so delicious !
