How to make spicy edamame

1.Cut off both ends of the edamame for better flavor and soak in salt water for 15 minutes
2.Prepare star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili into sections, garlic, and shallots into slices

3.Heat a pot with appropriate amount of oil, add Sichuan peppercorns and dried chili peppers and saute until fragrant
4.Wash the pot, heat it, add oil and sauté garlic, shallots, star anise, bay leaves and cinnamon until fragrant
5.Add bean paste and saute until fragrant
6.Add edamame and stir-fry, add soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and water, simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes

7.After boiling the pot, scoop out part of the edamame and juice and leave it for those who don’t like spicy food.Add the other dried Sichuan peppercorns and cook, turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes

8.Put it on a plate and put it in the refrigerator for a while, it will taste better
Tips
Considering that my daughter doesn’t like spicy food, the bean paste chosen for this dish is the original flavor.Everyone can eat it.You can add spicy bean paste directly.Sichuan peppercorns and chili peppers can be put in and cooked together
