Tips
Flour has different water absorption rates, so pay attention to the amount of water used when mixing dough.I've been feeling lazy lately, and I don't like kneading the dough with my hands anymore when I have a bread machine. If I don't have a bread machine, I can knead the dough directly in a basin. The principle is the same.
