Ingredients
Chicken breast ( 1 piece ) | Noodles ( 1 handful ) |
Flower (Shiitake) Mushroom ( 4-5 flowers ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Water ( appropriate amount ) | Sesame oil (appropriate amount) |
Raw Smoked ( 1 spoon ) | Dark smoked ( 1 spoon ) |
Salt ( 1 spoon ) | Onion and ginger (appropriate amount) |
White sugar ( 1 spoon ) |

1. Wash and slice the mushrooms.

2. Wash and shred the chicken breasts.

3. Sauté onion and ginger in oil pan until fragrant.

4.Pour in the mushrooms.

5. Stir-fry.

6.Pour in shredded chicken.

7.Stir well.

8.Add light soy sauce.

9.Stir well.

10.Add dark soy sauce.

11.Put in sugar.

12.A little salt.

13.Stir well.

14.Add water.

15.Bring to boil.

16. Next noodles.

17.Stir.

18. Bring to the boil again and cook the noodles.

19. Pour the sesame oil.

20. Stir evenly.

21. Serve out and enjoy.You can sprinkle some chopped coriander or chopped green onion.
Tips
You can use ordinary shiitake mushrooms as well.
You can also add some green leafy vegetables such as rapeseed for more comprehensive nutrition.The dried noodles can be replaced by hand-rolled noodles.Cook the noodles until there is no more white heart inside.
