
Ingredients
Udon ( Two packs ) | Lean pork ( 100g ) |
Green onions ( One ) | Dried chili peppers ( 5 pcs ) |
Cumin powder ( One tablespoon ) |
How to make cumin udon noodles

1. Cut the lean pork into shreds, add a little salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce , starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.Boil 4 bowls of water in a pot, pour the water into the udon noodles.

2. Blanch until loose, remove and cool until set aside.

3.Change the dried chilies with a knife and soak them in water, and change the green onions with a knife.

4. Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions and peppers, add shredded pork and stir-fry.

5. Stir-fry until the shredded pork is set and pour in the udon noodles.Stir well.Add a little oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and half a bowl of water.

6.Medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes.Add salt and a little sugar to taste.

7. Sprinkle cumin, turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
