1.Prepare the raw materials in advance, pour the brown sugar into the milk, heat and stir evenly, then let cool.Prepare the flour and yeast

2.Put the dough into the bread machine and let it ferment for an hour.This depends on the different functions of each bread machine
3.After the fermentation is completed, take out the dough and knead it into a smooth dough, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes
4.This time can be used to prepare the filling.Pour half a tube of condensed milk into the pan, add water and cornstarch and stir until thick.Let cool slightly and store in the refrigerator

5.Start making the dough, cut into equal portions, take one portion and roll it into a disc

6.Put in walnuts and frozen condensed milk

7.Knead into a bun shape, with the opening facing down

8.My recipe is relatively large and can make almost 11 pieces

9.Use a clamp for this step Pinch a spine, I pinched it directly with my hands, and then used a toothpick to poke some small holes on each one

10.Put paper on the bottom and put on the steamer.Do not turn on the heat immediately.Cover the pot and let it rest for about 20 minutes to ferment again.Then turn on the heat and steam for about 15-20 minutes.

11.It’s out of the pot, fermented perfectly and doubled in size
