Flour ( 200 ) | Yeast ( 2 grams ) |
Pumpkin puree ( 100 grams ) | Red beans ( a little ) |
How to make little hedgehog steamed buns

1.Drain the excess water after the pumpkin is cooked

3.Add flour and mix into fluffy form

4.Knead into a smooth dough, seal and ferment until doubled in size

5.Put the fermented dough , divide into several small doughs and roll into oval shapes

6.Pinch out a small pointed tip Hedgehog's mouth

7.Use scissors to cut out the hedgehog's spines

8.Use red beans to make hedgehog eyes

9.Put it in the steamer and let it rise for 10 minutes

10. Steam in a pot with cold water, turn to low heat and steam for 8 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 1 minute

2.Crush into puree, add yeast and mix evenly
Tips
After it's steamed, turn to low heat and steam so it won't deform.Try to knead the dough as hard as possible for the steamed buns.
