How to make spinach pancakes

1.Wash the spinach and cut into sections.

2. Boil water until cooked, remove and let cool.

3.Put the cooled spinach into the juice machine, add some water, and make spinach juice.Add appropriate amount of salt to the flour, slowly pour in the spinach juice and stir.

4.Slowly add water and stir while adding to form a batter.Note that the batter should not be too thin because it is slightly thicker than pure batter.
