Yam: Replenishing kidney and strengthening essence
Ingredients
Yam ( 90g ) | Four ( 100g ) |
Milk powder ( 10g ) | White sugar ( 6 grams ) |
Clean water ( About 45 grams ) | Black sesame seeds (a little) |
Edible oil ( a little ) | Yeast powder ( 1g ) |
How to make yam pancakes

1. Peel and wash the yam, slice it and steam it in a pot.

2. Steam until cooked, pour into a basin, add white sugar and press until pureed.

3.Put in yeast powder, milk powder and water and use chopsticks to form a flocculent shape.

4. Work it into a smooth dough, cover it and let it rest for 10 minutes.

5.Knead the dough to deflate and roll it into a thicker piece.(I forgot to take pictures during the first meeting)

6. Press it with a dumpling-making tool Round, in the middle I used a tool for making fancy steamed buns (if you don’t have tools, you can use a small bowl and bottle lid instead).

7. Repeat these steps for the remaining noodles.

8.Use a straw in the middle of the small one.

9. Cover everything with cloth and make the dough double in size.

10. Gently brush a little water on the waked cakes with a brush.

11.Sprinkle appropriate amount of black sesame seeds and press lightly.

12. Heat the pan and brush it with a little oil, put in the small cake and brush some oil on it.Locks in moisture.

13. Fry the cookies for about 2 to 3 minutes, turn them over, and repeat 2 to 3 times.It’s out of the pot.
