How to make sweet potato donuts (whole wheat)

1.Mix whole wheat flour, buckwheat flour and yeast

2.Add milk and knead into dough, seal and ferment for about 1 hour

3.Cut the fermented dough into small pieces

4.Mold each small piece into a round shape,

5.Put each round rod into a dumpling wrapper shape

6.Cut sweet potatoes into cubes, steam them, and puree them

7.Wrap it like a bun

8.After wrapping, roll it out with a rolling pin

9.Start from one end and roll towards the other end.

10. Use a knife to score a few lines on it

12. Steam for 15 minutes
Tips
I didn’t ferment it well.If it ferments well, it will be fluffy and very beautiful.Use purple sweet potato.White noodles look better.
