Eggs ( 2 ) | Tomato ( 1 piece ) |
Braised beef ( 3-4 slices ) | Flour ( 2 spoons ) |

1. Main ingredients: Chop green onions and add them to eggs, cut beef into cubes, peel and dice tomatoes.

2.Add the beef cubes to the eggs.

3.Add tomato cubes.

4.Add flour.

5.Add salt and stir into a flowable batter.

6. Heat the pan and add oil.

7. Pour in the batter (you can sprinkle some sesame seeds on the surface) and fry over medium heat until Golden brown on both sides.

8.Transfer to oil paper.

9.Cut into small pieces.
Tips
Because the tomatoes are different in size, the amount of flour added is not necessarily the same, but there is a principle that the batter must remain fluid and not too dry.
