How to make tofu buns

1. Divide the yeast powder with warm water, pour in the flour, and form a smooth dough.Cover it with plastic wrap or other Fermentation of things (pot lid)

2.Cut the tofu into small pieces, put it in a container, and put Sprinkle chopped green onion on top of the tofu

3. Pour oil into the pot, heat it and put the chili pepper in it and saute until fragrant , and then pour hot oil on top of the chopped green onions

4.Sprinkle salt, seasonings and soy sauce on the tofu Seasoning, I will also pour a little sesame oil, so that the taste is more delicious

5. Knead the dough into strips (it doesn't matter if the dough hasn't fermented well, it's okay to leave the buns in the pot after wrapping them), and cut them into even pieces (it's also okay to use your hands to make small dough balls)

6.First knead the dough into a round dough, and then use a rolling pin to roll it into a dough sheet, not too thin

7.Put the seasoned tofu in and shape into buns

8. Put the buns in the pot to wake up for about 15 minutes. The pot I used is 28cm, and I put four buns on one layer. If it is too much, it will be crowded after steaming

9. After waking up, steam over high heat for 15-20 minutes.
