
Ingredients
White flour ( 300g ) | Steamed pumpkin puree ( 200g ) |
Yeast ( 5g ) | White sugar ( 5g ) |
Rolling pin ( one ) | Warm water ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make pumpkin roll steamed buns

1.Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, wash and cut into thin slices
2. Steam for ten minutes and then make a puree

3.Make two kinds of dough and one kind of white dough

4.A kind of pumpkin dough (two kinds of dough Add yeast and sugar respectively and knead into a smooth dough, then leave it in a warm place to ferment for forty minutes

5.Use a rolling pin to roll out the fermented dough into rectangular shapes and then cut the dough into rectangular shapes.Place the rolled out pumpkin dough on top of the white dough and then (mainly because I have only one hand to take pictures and have not posted pictures of the rolling and cutting process)

6.Put water in a steamer and boil for 15 minutes

7.Out of the pot
Tips
Note that the fermentation time must be more than forty minutes and must be in a warm place
