Ginger ( 1 block ) | Water ( 2/5 of the soup pot ) |

How to make chicken and mushroom soup

2. Prepare the ingredients: chicken, mushrooms, tofu, corn , red dates

3.Take 10 grams of mushrooms and 15 red dates and soak them in water in advance

4. Remove the blood from the chicken and clean it

5. Cut a piece of ginger into slices, add it to the chicken, and then add 2 grams of ginger and scallion cooking wine

6. Pour 2/5 of the water into the soup pot and bring it to a boil

7.After the water boils, pour in the chicken and use a spoon to scoop out the floating foam on the surface

8.Drain the soaked mushrooms and clean the red dates

9.Put the mushrooms and red dates into the soup pot

10.Reduce to low heat and cook 1 hour

11.While cooking mushroom and chicken soup, cut the corn into sections

12.Wash the tofu and cut it into pieces of about 1 cm in size

13.After 1 hour, add corn and tofu

14.After cooking for another 10 minutes, add 12 grams of salt (4 grams per spoon, 3 times in total)

15.Turn off the heat after 5 minutes and put it into a bowl

1.I use Dried mushrooms need to be soaked for two hours in advance
