How to make rock sugar snow pear (super simple low-end version)

1. Peel apples and pears , peel a few if you want to eat them.If you are not sure, you can try one or two first

3. Add rock sugar and decide according to your own taste.If you add too little, it may be sour.It is better to add less than too much.If you add less, you can add more.If you add too much, you will not be able to eat it.

4. Add water to the basin, the pear and water should be about 1:1 , then put water in the pot, find a basket and put the pot on it.If you need to put something under the pot like me, I put chopsticks on it, don't put it directly

5. Simmer over low heat for ten minutes until the pear becomes translucent.Turn off the heat and take it out before eating
