How to make winter melon and shrimp skin soup

1.Wash the winter melon, peel it and cut into thin slices.

2. Clean Shopee and set aside.

3. Cut the ginger into shreds and set aside.

4. Heat the pot, add appropriate amount of peanut oil, and sauté the shredded ginger until fragrant.

5. Add the winter melon and stir-fry until soft.

6.Add appropriate amount of hot water.(I added two bowls of water, depending on personal needs)

7.Turn on high heat and bring to a boil , turn to low heat and cook until the winter melon is transparent.

8.Add washed shrimp skin and cook for one minute.

9.Finally, add a little salt and pepper to taste.

10.A delicious winter melon and shrimp skin soup is on the table!
