Ingredients
Tremella ( 1/2 pieces ) | Dragon fruit ( 1/2 pieces ) |
Lily ( 8 grams ) | Lotus seeds ( 20g ) |
Wolfberry ( 5g ) | Rock sugar ( 12g ) |
Water ( 2 large bowls ) |
How to make dragon fruit, white fungus and lotus seed soup

1. Prepare all the following ingredients.(Dragon fruit was not photographed)

2. Soak white fungus in clean water in advance and set aside.

3. Discard the yellow part at the bottom of the white fungus, wash and tear it into small florets.
