Pork belly ( 1 piece ) | Potatoes ( 1 ) |
Eggplant ( 1 piece ) | Shiitake mushrooms ( 3 pieces ) |
Small green vegetables ( 1 small handful ) | Doenjang ( 2 spoons ) |
Onion, ginger and garlic (appropriate amount ) | Clean water ( appropriate amount ) |
Cooking oil ( A little ) |
How to make mixed vegetable miso soup

1.Peel a potato and cut into thick slices

2.Peel and slice an eggplant

3.Remove the stems of three shiitake mushrooms and slice them into slices

4. A slice of tofu

5.Wash a small handful of green vegetables

6.Cut some green onion, ginger and garlic for later use

7.A slice of pork belly

8. Heat oil in a pot, add pork belly and stir-fry to remove the fat
