Recipe for making chicken soup with cuttlefish and lotus seeds

1. Soak dried cuttlefish in advance

2.Clean slices of turmeric, lotus seeds, wolfberry, and tangerine peel.

3.Peel the soaked cuttlefish, cut into pieces, and leave the bones.

4. Wash and chop half a rooster into small pieces,

5. Blanch the chicken pieces in cold water and skim off the foam.

Tips
