How to make enoki mushroom tomato soup

1.Clean two tomatoes and cut them with a cross cutter.

2. Blanch it with boiling water.

3.Peel off the outer skin.

4.Cut tomatoes into dices.

5. Cut a small handful of enoki mushrooms into small segments.

6. Chop a few pieces of Chinese cabbage.

7. Mince the garlic.

8. Chop green onions.

9. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

10.Add tomatoes and fry until soft.

11.Add appropriate amount of water and bring to boil.

12.Add enoki mushrooms.

13.Add meatballs.

14.Add bok choy.

15.Add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce to taste.
Tips
Don't add too many condiments to keep the soup as delicious as possible.
