How to make red dates, snow pear and white fungus soup

1.Put the white fungus into the water and soak it

2.After soaking, remove impurities, rinse, drain and set aside

3. Use a straw to take out the core of red dates, wash it and set aside

4.Remove the outer skin of the snow pear

5. Cut the pear open, Remove both ends and dig out the seeds in the middle

6.Wash the pears and slice them for later use

7.In the pot, add 1300 grams of water
