Ingredients
Beef bones ( 500g ) | Barley ( 10g ) |
Cordyceps flower ( 5g ) | Coconut ( 1 piece ) |
Tomato ( 5 ) | Salt ( 12 grams ) |
Ginger and Scallion Cooking Wine ( 2g ) | Water ( 3/5 of the soup pot ) |
How to make beef bone soup with barley, cordyceps, flower and coconut juice

2. Prepare the ingredients: beef bones, barley, cordyceps flowers, coconut, tomatoes

3.Soak 10 grams of barley for 6 hours in advance
4.Soak 5 grams of cordyceps flowers for 3 hours in advance
