Recipe for stewed pigeon soup with American ginseng

1. Remove the internal organs from fresh squab, clean and cut into pieces, add ginger slices and blanch in water.

2. After boiling, rinse off the blood foam and put it into a stew pot.

3. Prepare American ginseng, red dates, wolfberry and candied dates, and ginger slices, clean them.
