How to make fish maw chicken soup

1.Purchase dried fish maw from the supermarket.

2. Soak in cold water for 24 hours, changing the water 2 to 3 times in between.

3. Cut the soaked fish maw into long strips.

4.Put cold water into the pot and add cooking wine.

5.Add ginger slices.

6. Bring to a boil over high heat and blanch for 2 minutes.

7. Remove and soak in cold water and wash.

17.Put in the fish maw.

Tips
There are two ways to soak fish maw.One is to soak hair in cold water, which takes a long time.The other is to soak hair in oil, but it is more complicated.Beginners should choose the former.
