Clean water ( appropriate amount ) | Sesame sesame oil ( a little ) |
How to make sheep blood vermicelli soup

1.Soak vermicelli in warm water

2.Onion and ginger Chop the garlic and set aside.Wash and chop coriander

3. Cut the sheep blood into slices and then into small pieces.

4.Put the sheep blood into the pot, boil and remove.

5.Put oil into another pot, add ginger slices and sauté until fragrant

6.Add water and bring to a boil

7. Add sheep blood and vermicelli.Bring to a boil.

8. Add salt and five-spice noodles.

9.Add green onion and garlic slices

10.Finally add pepper and turn off the heat.

11. Turn off the heat and sprinkle in coriander and add sesame oil to taste.

12. Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
Tips
1.Original flavor, no need to add too many condiments.
2.If you have haggis or something else, you can add it in as well.
3.If there is soup stock, it is recommended to replace it with water.
4.If you like spicy food, you can add chili oil for seasoning
