Ingredients
Pork ( 3 taels ) | Luffa ( One piece ) |
Shredded ginger ( Appropriate amount ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |

How to make loofah meat soup

1.Peel and cut the loofah into cubes.

2.Peel and shred the ginger.

3. Slice the meat and marinate it with some cornstarch for ten minutes.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add shredded ginger, meat slices and loofah and stir-fry minute.

5.Add water to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat.

6. After the water boils, simmer over high heat for two minutes.

Tips
