How to make custard

1. First bring the steamer to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low, then beat the eggs and add warm water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1.5 (according to personal taste 1 :1 is relatively easy to form)

Tips
Remember to steam the custard slowly over low heat after boiling it..Also, the ratio of water to eggs must not exceed 1.5.I have tried it a few times and it seems that it is too high, too thin and difficult to cook.Also cover with plastic wrap to prevent water vapor from falling into the custard
