How to make yam and wolfberry bone soup

1.Ingredients that need to be prepared

2.Soak the large bones in water for one hour to remove the blood

3.Peel the yam, wash the wolfberry, cut the green onion into sections and slice the ginger for later use

4. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, pour the soaked large bones, add an appropriate amount of onion, ginger and cooking wine and bring to a boil over high heat

5.After boiling for a few minutes, blood foam will float out, skim it off with a spoon

6. Fish the covered bones into the fresh water basin again

7.Wash off the foam on the big bones again

8.Pour the cleaned large bones into the electric pressure cooker and add yam

9.Add wolfberry in sequence

10. Add an appropriate amount of green onion, ginger, cooking wine and salt and start stewing.Boil the ribs for about 50 minutes
