Ingredients

How to make vegetable batter

1. Prepare ingredients: a small handful of lettuce (can be replaced with other green vegetables).

2.Pick and clean.

3. Chop and set aside.

4. Add a bowl of water to the flour.

5. Stir until there are no particles and it becomes like thin yogurt and set aside.

6. Boil water in a pot, the amount of water is twice that of the batter.

7. Burn until rolling.

9.Cook until rolling, then simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
