Egg ( One ) | Water ( Two big mouthfuls ) |
Salt ( 20 capsules ) | chopped green onion ( A few (optional) ) |
Light soy sauce ( a small spoonful (optional) ) | Sesame oil ( a small spoonful (optional) ) |
How to make egg custard

1.Cut some green onions and set aside

2.Beat eggs and water 1:1 and add some salt

3.Cover with plastic wrap, Prick a hole to prevent explosion.Boil the water and put it in to steam.Open the lid every two minutes to release the air.Steam until the egg liquid stops flowing and it is cooked.Don't oversteam it, otherwise it will not be tender.

4.Sprinkle with green onion sesame oil and light soy sauce
