Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 500g ) | Milk ( 300g ) |
White sugar ( 40g ) | Yoghurt ( 30g ) |
How to make pumpkin yogurt soup

1.Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces

2.Put it into a steamer and steam until cooked

3.Use Puree or puree in a blender.

4.Add appropriate amount of sugar and milk, stir evenly until it becomes fluid and thick.

5.Put the yogurt into a piping bag and cut out a small opening

6.Draw three circles, use a bamboo stick to draw from the outside to the center, draw one on each side, and draw symmetrically.

7.Similarly, draw the third and fourth lines, divide them into eight equal parts, and finally , draw each small portion from the inside out to draw 16 equal portions
