Ingredients
Spinach ( 75g ) | Tofu ( 80g ) |
Salt ( 0.5g ) | Chicken essence ( 0.5g ) |
Sesame oil ( appropriate amount ) | Clear water ( 1.5 bowls ) |
chopped green onion ( 2 grams ) |
How to make spinach and tofu soup

1.Finished product picture.

2.Remove the spinach roots and wash them, blanch them and drain them to remove the moisture.

3.Cut spinach into small pieces and cut tofu into small pieces.

4. Chop green onion and set aside.

5.Pour the tofu into a casserole, add water, and bring to a boil over high heat.

6. Add spinach and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.(Skim off the foam)

7. Add salt, chicken essence and pepper.

8.Sprinkle in chopped green onion and drizzle with sesame oil.

9. Stir evenly.

10. Let it cool until it is not hot and drink it.
