How to make tofu, shrimp and steamed eggs

1. Prepare the ingredients: clean the prawns, soak the wolfberry, wash and set aside.

2.Peel the shells and devein the shrimp.

3.Put the shrimp into a bowl and add some salt to marinate for a while

4.Crack the eggs into a bowl and add a little salt and pepper

Tips
Add some salt to the egg liquid and shrimp, but control the amount.It is best to add pure warm water to the egg liquid! This way the egg liquid is especially tender when steamed!
