Taro: tonic

How to make taro and sago

1.Peel and cut the taro into cubes

2.Pour water into the pot to just cover the taro, bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes

3.Pour half a bowl of sago, wash and set aside

4.Take another pot and boil water, add sago and cook for about 30 minutes.Until the sago is crystal clear.

5. Pour the coconut milk into the taro pot and bring to a boil over low heat (the heat is too high Afraid of sticking to the pan)

6.Pour the cooked sago into the taro pot

7.Add rock sugar and stir

8.After the sugar has completely melted, you can turn off the heat

Tips
I prefer large pieces of taro.If you like the texture of small pieces, you can cut the taro into smaller pieces! The taro will become softer and rotten when cooked! Good luck :)
