2.Add salt, black pepper, cooking wine, and ginger slices to marinate

3.Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Sprite, chili powder, tomato sauce, and Korean hot sauce and stir evenly

4.Put butter in another pan, add beef ribs to the pan, fry until both sides are golden brown, then pour on sauce and water, then add mushrooms

5. After simmering on medium heat for 20 minutes, add the rice cake and let the juice collect over high heat
