Ingredients
Steak ( 1 piece ) | Zucchini ( Half ) |
Red pepper (not spicy) ( half ) | Onion, ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Black pepper ( 1 spoon ) | Meat tenderizer ( 1 spoon ) |
Olive oil ( Adequate amount ) | Sea salt ( Adequate amount span> ) |
Fuel consumption ( 1 scoop ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Dark soy sauce ( half spoon ) |
How to make zucchini and black pepper beef cubes

1. Cut the steak into cubes (beef tenderloin can also be used).

2.Dice the vegetables, cut off the green onion, a few grains of garlic, and slice the ginger

3. Add black pepper to the beef and mix well.

4.Add meat tenderizer and mix well.

5. Heat the cold oil in the pan, add the onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.

6.Add the marinated beef cubes and stir-fry until it changes color.

7. Stir-fry the water, add dark soy sauce to color, and set aside.

8. Wash the pot, heat the pot with cold oil, and fry the soft vegetables.

9. Pour in the beef cubes, stir-fry evenly, and add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to taste.Add oil before serving.

1.Marinate the beef till tender
2.Don’t fry it for too long, it will get old easily.
