Dried cured duck legs ( 4 pcs ) | Onion knot ( 1 ) |
Ginger ( appropriate amount ) | White wine ( a little ) |
How to dry salted duck

1. Rinse the dried waxed duck legs and soak them in water for about 10 hours.

2.Put cold water into the pot and skim off the foam after the water boils.
