Bitter melon ( 1 root ) | Dried soybeans ( 50g ) |
Pork Ribs ( 200g ) | Water ( 1.2L ) |

How to make bitter melon and soybean pork ribs stew

1.Wash the bitter melon, remove the pulp and cut into large pieces of about 3 cm

2.Clean and cut the ribs into cubes for later use
3. Soak the dried soybeans in water for about four hours to control the water and set aside-

4.Add about 1.2L of cold water into the pot, add bitter melon, soybeans, and pork ribs
5.Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes

6.Add salt to taste and stir evenly before serving
