1.Prepare the main ingredients.

2. Cut the duck meat into pieces of about 3 cm.

3.Cut the pineapple into cubes.Slice red pepper, green pepper, and ginger.Chop the onions as well.

4. Boil water in a pot, add 2 spoons of cooking wine, add duck pieces and blanch until they change color.

5. Remove and drain.

Tips
Duck meat has a fishy smell and must be blanched before cooking.Add appropriate amount of salt and sugar according to your preference.
