Ingredients
Tofu (Half a piece) | Minced pork ( 50g span> ) |

Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Vegetable oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Thirteen Incense ( 1g ) | Water starch ( 1.5 spoon ) |

Green onions ( 1 section ) | Garlic ( 2 cloves ) |
How to make minced meat tofu

2. Cut the tofu into small pieces and set aside.

3. Prepare minced meat, chopped green onions and minced garlic.

4. Pour oil into the pot and heat it up, add minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color.

5.Sprinkle in chopped green onion, minced garlic and thirteen spices and stir-fry until fragrant.

6.Put in oil, hot sauce and cooking wine.

7. Pour in the light soy sauce and fry until the red oil comes out.

8. Add water and bring to a boil, add tofu and simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes.

9. Add salt, chicken essence, chopped green onion, and pour a little water starch to thicken.

10. Remove from pan and plate.
