Tofu ( 1 piece ) | Agaric ( a little ) |
Ham slices ( 6 slices ) | Bamboo shoots slices ( appropriate amount ) |
Doubanjiang ( appropriate amount ) | MSG ( 3g ) |
Chicken Essence ( 3g ) | Sugar ( 4 grams ) |
Salad oil ( appropriate amount ) | Garlic paste ( appropriate amount span> ) |
Chopped green onion ( appropriate amount ) | Clear water ( Eating bowl (most of the bowl of water) ) |
Water starch (appropriate amount) | Fuel consumption ( 3 grams ) |

1.First we cut the tofu in half from the middle and then change it into a triangle shape (as shown in the picture)

2. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 80% hot.Put the tofu in the pan! (Note that tofu contains water, so be careful not to burn your hands!) Please do not stir the tofu with a spoon, as this will break the tofu easily! Give the pan a little shake and you’re good to go!

3. Fry the tofu until golden brown and take it out!

4.Put oil in the pot and salad oil! Add bean paste (just the right amount, too much will be salty), minced garlic, scallions, stir-fry scallions until fragrant, add half a bowl of water, add MSG, chicken essence, oil and sugar seasonings! Cook until 1 minute! Thicken, drizzle with oil and serve
