Ingredients
Baby cabbage ( one ) | Garlic ( One head ) |
| Fan( A handful ) | Chopped pepper( One spoonful ) |
Light soy sauce ( Two spoonfuls span> ) | Salt ( a spoonful ) |
Onion and ginger ( appropriate amount ) | Pepper ( one spoon ) |
White sugar ( Adequate amount ) | Water ( Two spoons ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Oyster sauce ( one spoonful ) |
How to make garlic vermicelli and cabbage

1. Prepare a handful of baby vegetables and vermicelli.

2. Soak the vermicelli in hot water until soft.

3.Cut the onions, ginger and garlic and set aside.

4. Wash and cut the baby cabbage into pieces, blanch it with water and take it out.

5.Put the vermicelli on top of the baby vegetables.

6.Put in a spoonful of chopped pepper.

7. Heat oil and sauté shallots, ginger and garlic.

8.Put in light soy sauce and oyster sauce.

9.Pepper, salt and sugar to taste, add water and bring to a boil.

10. Pour on the baby cabbage and steam for six minutes.

11.After steaming, take out, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and pour hot oil.

12.The delicious baby cabbage is ready.
Tips
If you like spicy food, you can add some millet pepper.The steaming time depends on the size of the baby cabbage.
