How to steam cured fish with black bean sauce and chili

1.Prepare ingredients.

2.After cleaning everything, cut the cured fish into small pieces and cut the dried pepper into sections.Mince the ginger and garlic, chop the green onions, wash the black beans and soak them in warm water until soft.

3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cured fish until golden on all sides

4. Then add dried chili pepper, ginger, onion and garlic and stir-fry evenly.

5.Add black bean water and stir-fry for a while.

6.Add steamed fish soy sauce and mix evenly.

7. Then put it into a bowl and steam it for 30 minutes.

Tips
① Soak the tempeh in warm water until soft and mash it with a rolling pin to make tempeh water, which will be more delicious.
