How to make Pumpkin Roast Pork (Soybean Sauce Version)

1.Wash the pumpkin, remove seeds, remove flesh and cut into cubes

2.Cut the pork into pieces, add light soy sauce and soybean sauce and marinate for ten minutes

3.Put the pork into the pot and fry over low heat to remove the oil

4.Mix soybean paste, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and water into a sauce and set aside
