
Ingredients
Pipi Shrimp ( 500g ) | Yuhuang Oil U-flavored Peanut Oil ( Appropriate amount ) |
Salt and pepper ( Adequate amount ) | Onions ( Adequate amount ) |
Ginger ( appropriate amount ) | Garlic (appropriate amount) |
Black pepper ( appropriate amount ) |

1.Wash the Pipi shrimps in clean water and drain them

2.Cut the green onions into sections, slice the ginger, and smash the garlic

3.In the pot Pour 2/3 full of Yuhuang Oil U-flavored peanut oil, heat the oil over high heat until it is 80% hot

4.Pour in the drained shrimps and fry for 30 seconds

5.Take them all out

6.Turn on high heat and reheat the oil to 80% hot

7. Fry the previously fished shrimps for 1 minute and set aside.

8.Leave the base oil in the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

9.Pour in the fried shrimps

10.Add pepper and salt according to personal taste

11.Black pepper, stir-fry evenly and then serve
Tips
1.When frying Pipi shrimp, be sure to drain as much water as possible to avoid hot oil splashing during frying.
2.The stove at home does not have enough firepower, so I fry the shrimps again, so that they can be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the delicious flavor of the shrimps can be fully preserved.
