How to make braised tofu

1.Silky tofu, bean paste, onion, garlic, white sugar, millet, pepper starch

2. Boil water in the pot.Then blanch the tofu, take it out and put it into cold water

3. Chop garlic, millet and pepper

4. Heat oil in the pot, add garlic, millet and pepper and sauté until fragrant

5. Add Pixian bean paste and stir-fry the red oil and add white sugar

6.Pour the tofu into the pot and gently push it with a spatula to mix evenly

7.Add water to cornstarch to make water starch and pour it into the pot

8.Light Gently stir-fry evenly

9.Finally sprinkle with chopped green onion and it’s ready to serve
