How to make beer ribs

1. Wash the ribs and set aside, cut ginger and garlic

2. Put the ribs into a pot of cold water, add ginger slices and cooking wine, and blanch over high heat to remove the blood foam

3. Heat up a pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, and add rock sugar

4. Boil the sugar until it becomes maroon red

5.After frying the sugar color, add the ribs and stir-fry so that each rib is covered with sugar liquid

6.Add minced ginger and garlic and stir-fry again

7.Add cooking wine and light soy sauce, stir-fry until the ribs are colored

8.Pour in the beer so that it covers the ribs a little, turn up the heat and bring to a boil, then add star anise and dark soy sauce
9. Cover the pot, turn to low heat and simmer for about 25 minutes, then add MSG and chicken essence, and reduce to a thick soup over high heat
10. Take it out of the pot and put it on a plate, a delicious ribs is ready
