How to stir-fry river shrimps with leeks

1.Rinse the river shrimps with clean water and drain them.

2. Wash the leeks, cut them into sections with a knife, and slice the ginger and garlic.

4. Then add garlic slices and ginger slices and saute until fragrant.

Tips
1.You must buy fresh river prawns with blue-black and almost transparent shells.It is not advisable to choose too big ones, as the shrimp tendrils can easily pierce the mouth, or cut off the pointed mouth of the river shrimp.Shrimp are easily cleaned with lightly salted water.
2.Do not fry for too long after adding the leeks, as the leeks will be cooked easily.
